What is PPSM file?
The PPSM file extension is a file format for PowerPoint files and the only type of file you can open and edit in PowerPoint. PPSM files are created either when you load a PowerPoint slide show into Microsoft Powerpoint or when you save the presentation in PowerPoint to a different format. An .PPPSM file is usually similar to an .XPPT, but it doesn't contain embedded graphics.
