What is PMX file?
PMX is a file extension of the Pegasus Mail and it is used as the format for outgoing messages. The file extension is used by PC programs like MS Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, etc. The .PMX file format was first introduced in the late 1990s as a standard for email attachments and as such has been adopted by various email client programs.
