What is CDX file?
CorelDRAW is a popular graphics suite that can be used to create drawings or illustrations for print, web design, presentations, and more. CorelDRAW files are compressed in order to save space when sending files. The CorelDRAW file extension (CDX) is what you’d use to open the compressed drawing file. You can open it in CorelDRAW or other applications like Adobe Illustrator. The CDX file format was introduced in the early 1990s for workgroups in Japan and Germany. It’s based on Microsoft Compressed Exchange Drawings (.CDR) which was invented by IBM in 1985.
