The first number is always 0 which indicates the version of Apple Macintosh operating system being used. The second number indicates what kind of processor was used in creating the project file. If a 2 is put in place, then it means that this file was created on an Intel-based machine and if a 3 is put in place, then it means it was created on an Apple PowerPC machine. The third number is always 4 which means that this file can be opened on any version of Mac OS X after 10.4 Tiger or later.
