What is VPE file?
The VPE file extension is actually a saved file from Adobe Photoshop that contains the settings used to create an image. This file preserves all of the layers, settings, and adjustments for the final product. The VPE file typically only exists for one save; so if you wanted to reuse some of the settings in multiple images, you would need to recreate it yourself.
