What is PTF file?
Pro Tools 7 is a digital audio workstation for recording, editing, mixing, and mastering. By default it comes with a .PTF file extension which can be opened in many different software editing software ranging from Pro Tools Mixer to Audition. The .PTF file is an XML file which contains all the information of the project such as track layout and timing.
