What is MSE file?
MSE file extension is the extension used for 3ds Max encrypted MAXScript Files. It is important to note that these files are not executable by default and does not have an extension other than .maxscript. This file contains two parts, encrypted and decrypted. The encryption part of the MSE file contains a data which is encrypted with a unique key from the encrypted part of the file.
