What is IPMETA file?
An IPMETA file is an International Press Photo Metadata File. The file extension is .ipmeta and the file contains information about photos that you have taken. Inside of this file, Apple also saves a few image metadata fields including camera make and model, exposure time, lens focal length and aperture size.
