What is FVU file?
The File Validation Utility Input file (FVU) contains the header, validation rules, and an array of validation records. The header is a string containing the length of the validation rules and the length of each record in bytes. For example, if there are 5 validation rules, they will be 20 bytes long each. The validation rule is a string and can be as long as 1024 bytes. Each validation record contains two strings: one is the attribute or condition that has to be met for this file to be validated successfully and the second one is a corresponding error message if there are any errors encountered during the process.
