What is FDR file?
.FDR files are used by various software applications to automatically save content. These files are also frequently used in the same way as .DOC, .DOCX and other MS Word documents. The Final Draft Document Format (FDDF) is a proprietary system for formatting electronic documents that was developed by Microsoft Corporation. The FDDF is a textual markup language for digital document creation and editing, which uses a string-based syntax similar to that of Microsoft Word or OpenOffice Writer. In addition, the FDDF can also be used to generate PDF's without the need for any software other than an Adobe Acrobat reader or other PDF-editing utility.
