What is APX file?
The APX file extension is a database file that was created by Borland C++ AppExpert. It is a database of of C++ functions and constants intended to be used with the APPEXPERTS.DLL which can be found in the product program files of Borland C++ 5.5 and 6.0 and later versions. The APX file extension is not widely used in the current time, but you can still open it using third party software such as Microsoft Access or Excel if you need to extract data from it for an application or project which requires such functionality.
