What is SRC file?
The Source Code file contains the source code of a program. The particular program that is in need of a Source Code file is usually encoded into another commonly used language like C++, or assembly, then compiled into this SRC file. This is important because it means that there must be some sort of compiler to translate the source code into machine code (so-called compilation).
