What is PEL file?
PEL files use the extension of .PEL. A PEL file is a standard IBM Forms Log file. This type of log file stores information about the state of an IBM Forms session, as well as a log of messages and data that were sent to or from the client during the session. The PEL file also contains information about what data was sent from the client and received by the server.
