What is PAR file?
A PAR file is a PSD document that you need to open with Adobe Photoshop. The master PSD files are saved as .PAR files. A PAR file contains information about layers, channels, and paths from the original PSD file that the user prefers to keep when opening a .PAR file with Photoshop.
