What is OWS file?
OWS files are files that are created in Adobe applications like Illustrator and Photoshop. OWS stands for u201cOpen with Web Studiou201d, which means that it is a file that contains 256 values of 16-bit data. The original format was used with the old Adobe Web site, but now they use the Gimp File format instead. These three data values are: X0 Y0 W0, which tells the coordinate system on an Adobe page where to place an item. Then there is a number identifying the type of item such as: 3 for text or 2 for lines.
