What is DPX file?
DPX is a file format created by Pixar. The DPX format lets you store digital images in color, with alpha channels. The system creates a three-dimensional representation of the image that can be used for viewing on flat displays or stereoscopic 3D displays. The DPX file extension is also commonly used to refer to an image that was saved in the DPX format. This can be done by opening the .DPX file in any image editor. This process will not save the changes but instead convert it back to its original state with all the original pixels intact,
