VCF File Type
VCF stands for vCard, which is a file format used to store contact information like name, email address, phone number etc. VCF File Extension is created by the operating system (e.g. Windows) when you save an address book or other contact list containing vCards. This is the first time that I am hearing about this VCF File Extension but I do know that it contains contact information and can be opened with a vCard File which would then run on the operating system.

The IPD file is a BlackBerry backup file. These files are used by the BlackBerry OS to back up a device's contents.
